Orders placed before 1 pm will be dispatched the next day. Due to the nature of handmade products, the delivery time might be longer. If the item you ordered has run out of stock, we will contact you as soon as we can.

RETURNS

We’re not satisfied unless you’re 100% happy with your  purchase. We will issue a refund or exchange on unused and unworn items returned within 28 days of purchase. You will need to cover the costs of postage for returns, but if the product is faulty we will refund the postage to you. Please ensure you get proof of postage.Please note that we will not be able to cover the postage for a next day delivery or anything more than 2nd class Royal Mail sign for service.
